Yoga
The true essence of yoga goes beyond the appearance of a “perfect” posture. It transcends physicality and beckons us to embark on a transformative journey within ourselves. Yoga holds a mirror up to our soul and asks us to experience, learn, and accept who we are in the present moment.
Through this transformative practice we are invited to explore our physical limitations, mental patterns, and emotional landscapes. It asks us to witness our thoughts, observe our reactions, and release any expectations or judgments we may hold about ourselves. This self-exploration fosters not only personal growth but also acceptance of our authentic selves.
Yoga expands beyond the boundaries of our mats, enabling us to live our lives with intention, authenticity, and compassion. Remember to always “embrace the wobble” and stay curious about where your body can journey to while in asana. Join me for an in-person or virtual private yoga session.

Restorative
Relax and renew with a gentle practice where we incorporate props in order to enhance the sacred practice of rest for your mind, body and Spirit. With the support of these props, we will hold postures for longer periods of time in order to assist the body into a deep state of rest and relaxation. It’s like a big rejuvenating hug for the body, mind, and Spirit union.
